| Truck is working fine. Because of time it took for repair the loaner car was very helpful and needed. |

| The technician failed to finish the oil change by not tightening the bolt on the oil pan. Discovered the leak, by accident as was try to chase a cat from under the car. We probably would not have seen it until it was too late. Willingly checked out the problem but waited a week and a half to get in. |
